Isabella is a master’s-level clinician with a graduate degree from Merrimack College. She works with adults navigating a wide range of life challenges, including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and periods of personal transition.
 

Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and collaboration. Drawing from client-centered therapy, behavioral techniques, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), she supports clients in building insight, developing coping strategies, and moving toward a more balanced and meaningful life.
 

Isabella is particularly experienced in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life changes—whether it's entering a new phase of adulthood, coping with relationship or career shifts, or managing daily stress and emotional fatigue. She provides a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward healing and growth.
