Plaistow Counseling Professionals

Jess Farrell, LCMHC
I have experience working with adults and older teens navigating anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, grief, and the many stressors that life can bring. With a background in both community mental health and private group practice, I’ve supported individuals from a wide range of experiences and walks of life.
I believe therapy should feel human and collaborative — you are more than a diagnosis or a list of symptoms. I strive to truly get to know my clients for who they are and to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and even enjoyable. I draw from CBT, DBT, Person-Centered, and Solution-Focused approaches, tailoring our work together to help you build skills, deepen insight, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
